Questions and answers
- Are these two the same console?
- Yes. Both are the Nintendo Switch 2, model BEE-001, with 256GB storage and Mario Kart World included. The difference is the seller, the price and the warranty.
- Which is better for a family buying their first Switch 2?
- The standard bundle at Walmart, if the price is close. You get Nintendo's warranty and easy returns, and the box includes the dock, AC adapter and USB-C cable.
- Is the BEE-001 worth buying from a reseller?
- Only if it costs clearly less than $495.00. You trade Nintendo's warranty for a 30-day store warranty, so confirm the box is sealed before you buy.
- How long does the battery last?
- Nintendo rates it at about 2 to 6.5 hours depending on the game. Demanding titles sit near the low end; a full charge takes about 3 hours.
- Can I play my old Switch games on it?
- Yes. It runs the Switch library, physical and digital, and takes microSD Express cards for extra storage.
- Does it come with a game?
- Yes. Both listings include Mario Kart World.
