The Sharper Image targets the neck and shoulders directly and adds vibration massage plus hot or cold therapy. The Pure Enrichment covers more area with steady electric heat but no massage.

The Pure Enrichment has a five-year warranty and machine-washable fabric. The Sharper Image is a microwaveable wrap with no stated warranty, so its heat fades as it cools.

Does either one massage?

Only the Sharper Image, which has vibration with five intensity levels and five attachments. The Pure Enrichment provides heat only.

Which is easier to clean?

The Pure Enrichment is machine-washable. The Sharper Image is not listed as machine-washable, so spot clean it.
