Which is better for furniture assembly?

The Hoey. Its 8 hex keys, 20 screwdriver bits and 4 precision screwdrivers match the bolts and cam locks most flat-pack furniture uses. The WORKPRO has no hex keys listed.

Which is better for general home repairs?

The WORKPRO. It adds a level, an adjustable wrench and more full-size tools, which cover hanging shelves, plumbing nuts and small fixes the Hoey cannot.

Is the WORKPRO worth about $19 more?

Yes if you will use the level, wrench and extra tools. If you only hang pictures and assemble furniture, the Hoey at $17.09 does that for less.

Both use metal tools and neither lists a lifetime warranty. The Hoey's hard toolbox protects its tools better in storage; the WORKPRO's 600D polyester bag is tough but soft.

Which is easier to store?

The Hoey. Its hard box is about 12 x 7 x 3 inches and stacks in a closet or car trunk. The WORKPRO bag is 12 x 9 x 3 inches and holds more weight.

Do either include a tape measure?

Yes, both do. The WORKPRO tape measure has auto-lock; the Hoey lists a tape measure without that feature.
