Is the $478 price a good one?

It is the lowest new price among the two stores listing it as of November 8, 2026, so there is little to gain by waiting for a lower one. Compare it against similar 7-seat modular sectionals, which often cost more.

Can the U shape be changed?

Yes. The sofa is modular, so the pieces can be rearranged into a different corner layout or split into separate seating. Check the module count before ordering if you plan a specific shape.

How much floor space does it need?

A 7-seat U-shaped sectional is large. Measure the room and leave walking space around the open end of the U before buying, since the footprint is the main constraint.

Is the beige fabric easy to clean?

The listing gives fabric over a wood frame with no removable covers or stain-resistant treatment stated. Treat spills quickly and consider a fabric protector, since light beige shows marks.

What is included in the box?

You get the modular sections that make up the 7-seat U layout. Confirm the exact module count with the seller, since some listings sell sections separately.
