Is this sofa good for sleeping guests?

Yes. It is a convertible sleeper sectional, so the seating folds out into a bed. The foam cushions are on the firm side for sitting, which most people prefer for sleeping.

How much space does it need?

It is 97.7 inches wide, so plan for a wall at least 8 feet long plus clearance for the chaise and the sleeper when it is pulled out.

Can I change which side the chaise is on?

Yes. The sectional is reversible and modular, so the chaise piece can go on either end when you assemble it.

Does it come with the ottoman?

Yes. The set is three pieces and includes the ottoman, which you can use as extra seating, a footrest or a coffee table with a tray.

Assembly is required. The pieces connect at the modular joints, so two people can usually put it together in an afternoon with the included hardware.

Is $936.95 a good price?

It is the only new price found, $936.95 at Home Depot as of November 6, 2026. A four-seat velvet sleeper sectional with an ottoman under $1,000 is reasonable, but there is no recent range to confirm it is a low.
