What buyers say
Buyers like
- Easy to assemble with two people following the simple instructions
- Build quality and small footprint make it a great garage gym rack
- Storage system keeps the setup neat
- Replaced a gym membership; the whole family can use it
- Aluminum pulleys are smooth even at higher weights; Smith machine performs as expected
- Fast shipping and responsive customer support when a bench was missing
Buyers complain about
- Cables do not pull very smoothly and the black coating is already coming off one side
- Weight plates arrived covered in grease that was hard to wipe off
- Rear barbell storage does not suit a 7ft barbell; had to lower it for an 8ft 4in ceiling
- Plate clearance is tight: plates hit when benching with the Smith bar while a bar is racked in the J-cups, and can hit when using cables
- Assembly directions are a little hard to follow
- Bench and aluminum pulleys arrived in separate deliveries after the main rack
