What buyers say
Buyers like
- Very sturdy, solid build quality
- Smooth cable and Smith bar action; quiet aluminum pulleys
- Versatile: full-body workouts and 100+ movements in one machine
- Fast shipping and excellent, responsive customer service (John named often)
- Weight stacks make switching weights quick and easy
- Good value compared with pricier 3x3 machines
Buyers complain about
- Assembly takes hours (often 5-8 hours) and instructions need updating for the weight stacks
- Weight stacks ship separately from the frame, causing confusion about missing parts
- Some units arrived with cosmetic shipping damage (dents, scratches, mismatched part colors)
- Cable can feel grindy on some units
- Smith machine safety catches reported as less reliable than the previous version
- Basic cable attachments; pivot arms sold separately and sometimes out of stock
