Is $199.99 a good price for this purifier?

It is the only price recorded since November 2, 2026, and it is both the highest and lowest daily price in that window. There is no cheaper day in the data to wait for, so $199.99 is the current benchmark.

Does it produce ozone?

No. Hunter lists no ozone generation and no ionic filtration, so it cleans with HEPA and carbon filtration only.

The rated range is 33 to 54 dB(A). Low and sleep settings are close to a quiet room; the top speed is clearly audible.

What filters does it use?

A True HEPA filter plus a pre-filter with coconut carbon and EcoSilver treatment. The pre-filter handles odors and larger particles before air reaches the HEPA stage.

Can I control it from my phone?

No. There is no app control and no assistant support. You set speed, timer and sleep mode on the unit's digital display.

It measures 25 inches tall, 20-3/4 inches wide and 12 inches deep, with a built-in handle for moving it between rooms.
