Questions and answers

Is the Flexsteel Henry loveseat worth $2,839?

It is a leather power-reclining loveseat with power headrests from a brand known for durable frames, so the price buys features and build. At $2,839 it is at the top of its recent range, so waiting for a lower price is reasonable if you are not in a hurry.

Does it need to sit away from the wall?

Yes. Power recliners need clearance behind the back to fully recline, so measure the room before buying. The loveseat also needs a nearby outlet for the motors.

Is the beige leather hard to keep clean?

Leather wipes clean easily, but light beige shows dye from dark jeans and food spills. Clean and condition it regularly, and keep it out of direct sun.

Does this version have a console or cup holders?

This is the no-console version, so there is no center storage, but it does have cup holders. If you want a console with storage, look for the console version of the Henry.

How does it compare with a standard reclining sofa?

It seats two instead of three, so it fits smaller rooms, and both seats get power recline and power headrests. A full sofa gives more seating for roughly similar money per seat.

When is the best time to buy?

Furniture promotions cluster around holiday weekends and end-of-season sales. Track the price history here and buy when it drops below the current $2,839.
