Is the Flexsteel Vernon worth it?

It is a strong pick if you want power recline plus swivel and glide in one chair. The 300 lb capacity and Blue Steel Spring frame suit long-term use. Compare store prices first, since no current price was given.

Does it need to be plugged in?

Yes. The power recline runs on a motor, so the chair needs a wall outlet within reach of its cord. It will not recline manually if unplugged.

How much room does it need behind it?

Plan for several inches of clearance behind the back so it can fully recline into zero gravity. The chair is 40 in deep and 41 in wide, so measure the space before ordering.

What is CloudLux fill?

CloudLux is a hypoallergenic down-alternative fill used in the seat and back cushions. It gives a soft, sink-in feel without feathers, which suits allergy sufferers.

Does it come in other colors?

Yes, the Vernon is offered in two fabric color choices. Admiral Blue is the one listed here; check the other option before you decide.

Is there a lift version?

No. This model reclines, swivels and glides but has no lift assist. Shoppers who need help standing should look at Flexsteel's lift chairs instead.
