Is this set worth $500?

At $500 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is near the bottom of its recent price range. Tri-ply All-Clad at that price per piece is a fair deal if you will use the skillets, saucepans, sauté pan and stockpot.

Does it work on induction?

Yes. The magnetic steel exterior makes every piece induction ready, and it also works on gas, electric and ceramic stoves.

Is the stainless interior nonstick?

No. It is bare 18/10 stainless, so eggs and sticky sauces need oil or butter and moderate heat. Once seasoned by use, it releases food more easily than a new pan.

Can the pans go in the oven?

Yes, the cookware is oven safe to 600°F. The handles will be hot, so use mitts.

How does D3 Everyday differ from standard D3?

Everyday pieces use the same tri-ply bonded construction but with flared rims and slightly different shapes aimed at daily cooking. Heat performance is essentially the same.

When is the price lowest?

Tri-ply sets tend to dip during holiday sales and when a retailer clears stock. Watch the price history and buy when it falls near $500 again.

About the All-Clad D3 Everyday Stainless 3-Ply Bonded Cookware 10 Piece Set

The All-Clad D3 Everyday 10-piece set is tri-ply stainless cookware: an 18/10 steel cooking surface bonded to an aluminum core and a magnetic steel exterior. That construction gives fast, even heat and works on induction, gas, electric and ceramic stoves, and the pans are oven safe to 600°F. The set covers the core pieces most kitchens use: skillets, saucepans, a sauté pan and a 6-quart stockpot. At $500 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of what this set has sold for recently, so the price is a good one if the piece mix fits how you cook.
