Is the Carote 25-piece set worth it?

At $79.98 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, you get a lot of cookware for the money, including utensils and knives. It suits renters and small kitchens more than cooks who want heavy, long-lasting pans.

Does it work on induction cooktops?

Yes. Carote lists a full induction base on the die-cast aluminum body, so the pans work on induction, electric and gas stoves.

How do the detachable handles work?

A handle locks onto the pan for cooking and releases with a trigger so you can serve or stack the pan. You get handles in the set, but they are a separate part to keep track of.

Is the cookware dishwasher safe?

Yes, the set is listed as dishwasher safe. Hand washing will still help the ceramic coating last longer.

Frying pans, a sauté pan, a stockpot and saucepans, plus detachable handles, silicone utensils, pan protectors and a 3-piece knife set.

The lowest price recorded so far is $79.98 at Walmart on November 2, 2026, and it has not moved since. Watch for set discounts around Black Friday and holiday sales.
