Is this ramp worth it?

It is worth it if you need a fixed, bolted ramp over a low threshold and can drill into the surface. If you need a ramp you can move between doors, a portable model is a better fit.

What step height can it handle?

The ramp stands 4.3 inches tall, so it is built for low thresholds and single small steps. Measure your rise before buying; a taller step needs a longer ramp.

Yes. The ramp is designed to be spliced with another unit, so two ramps can cover a wider opening. Check that the joined width still fits your doorway.

Does it need to be bolted down?

Yes. It fixes with mounting bolts, which are part of the design. That makes it stable but not something you can quickly remove and reuse elsewhere.

Will water collect on it?

No. The ramp has drainage holes to prevent water accumulation, which helps outdoors in rain. Keep the holes clear of leaves and debris.

The listing covers the ramp and mounting bolts. Confirm the bolt count and any tools needed before installing.

Our take on the 19.6in Wheelchair Ramp with Mounting Bolts

The BBZY 19.6-inch wheelchair ramp is a short, bolt-down threshold ramp for doorways, curbs and single steps. It is 19.6 inches wide, 10.9 inches deep and 4.3 inches tall, and it has drainage holes so water does not pool on the surface. It is a fixed, bolted installation rather than a portable ramp, and it can be spliced with another unit to cover a wider opening.
