Is the 1280 x 720 screen sharp enough?

At 15.6 inches, 1280 x 720 is noticeably soft; text and images look less crisp than on a 1080p panel. It is workable for basic tasks but is the weakest part of this configuration.

Is 32GB of RAM overkill?

For web browsing and office work, 16GB is usually enough. 32GB helps if you keep dozens of tabs open, run virtual machines or edit large files, and it cannot be upgraded beyond 32GB here.

Can I upgrade the RAM or storage later?

The listed maximum RAM is 32GB, which this unit already has, so there is no RAM headroom. The 2TB SSD is already large, though some HP 15 models allow SSD replacement.

How long does the battery last?

HP rates battery life at about 7 hours. Expect less with heavy use, a bright screen or many background apps.

Is it good for gaming?

No. It uses integrated Intel Graphics, so it handles casual and older titles only. Demanding games need a laptop with a dedicated GPU.

What comes in the box?

The laptop and its power adapter. No additional Office software is included, so you would need a Microsoft 365 subscription or another office suite.
