Will it run an RV air conditioner?

A 13,500 BTU RV air conditioner draws about 2,800 to 3,000 surge watts, which is close to this unit's 3,600 surge rating. It can start one with soft-start help, but running other loads at the same time is risky.

How long does it run on a full tank?

About 2.5 hours at full load, based on the 0.6 gallons per hour figure and 1.5-gallon tank. At quarter load with auto idle, runtime stretches to roughly 8 to 10 hours.

Does it come with a propane hose?

WEN ships this model with a propane regulator and hose for connecting a standard tank. Check the box contents on the listing, since bundle contents vary by seller.

Can it power a house during an outage?

It can run a fridge, lights, a router and a few small appliances through extension cords. It has no 240V output, so it cannot connect to a home transfer switch for whole-house power.

Is it safe to use near a window?

The CO sensor shuts the engine down when carbon monoxide reaches a set level, but the generator should still run outdoors, well away from doors, windows and vents.

When is the price lowest?

Generator prices tend to dip in late winter and early spring, before storm season, and during fall clearance. At $521 as of November 5, 2026, it is already near the bottom of its recent range.
