Our take on the Absolute DMR-380T 3.5-Inch In-Dash Single DIN DVD/CD/MP3 Receiver

The Absolute DMR-380T is a single-DIN in-dash receiver that plays DVDs, CDs and MP3 files and adds a 3.5-inch screen plus a USB port and flash card slot. It is a budget way to add disc playback and a small display to an older car with a standard single-DIN opening. At $59.99 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its price range across the three stores that list it new.

Questions and answers

Is the Absolute DMR-380T worth it?
If you want to play DVDs and CDs in an older car and keep spending near $60, it covers that. If you mainly stream from a phone, a Bluetooth head unit is a better buy.
Does it have Bluetooth?
No. The listed connections are USB and a flash memory card slot, so phone audio needs a cable or a separate adapter.
Will it fit my car?
It is a single-DIN unit, so it fits dashes with a standard single-DIN opening. Cars with double-DIN or factory-integrated panels need a dash kit and wiring adapter.
What comes in the box?
Expect the receiver, a wiring harness and mounting hardware. Check the listing for a remote, since bundles vary by seller.
Is $59.99 a good price?
It is the best new price among the three stores that list it as of November 5, 2026, and it sits at the bottom of the recent range. Waiting is unlikely to save much on a unit this cheap.
Where is the Absolute DMR-380T 3.5-Inch In-Dash Single DIN DVD/CD/MP3 Receiver cheapest?
At Walmart, for $59.99, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Absolute DMR-380T 3.5-Inch In-Dash Single DIN DVD/CD/MP3 Receiver?
3 stores we checked sell it, including Absolute USA, Walmart, eBay.
