Is this shower chair worth it?

At $43.52 at ShopSimon as of November 7, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get a 300 lb-rated, height-adjustable chair. It suits basic seated showering; add a backrest model if you need more support.

How high does the seat go?

The seat adjusts across 6 levels up to 18.9 inches (480 mm). That covers most standard tubs and shower floors.

Does it fit in a bathtub?

Yes. The base is about 12.6 inches square (320 mm), so it fits inside most standard tubs. Check your tub's floor width before buying.

The frame is #6063 aluminum alloy with a corrosion-resistant finish, so it is built to resist rust in a wet bathroom. Rinse and dry it after use to keep it that way.

Does it have a backrest or armrests?

No. This is a backless stool-style chair with a non-slip seat. Shoppers who need arm support should look at a chair with arms.

The listing includes one shower chair. Assembly hardware and tools are not specified, so confirm with the store if that matters to you.
