Is the Aivituvin AIR93 worth it for a feral cat?

Yes, if you need a raised, weatherproof shelter with a draft-blocking door. At $109.99 at The Home Depot as of November 4, 2026, it costs less than many insulated wooden cat houses.

How does it compare with a single-room cat house?

The AIR93 adds a second room, so one cat can sleep while another shelters or plays. Single-room houses are cheaper and smaller but offer less separation.

Does it need assembly?

Yes. It ships flat-packed with labeled parts and a pictorial manual. Expect an hour or more, and a second person helps when fitting the roof.

Is it warm enough for winter?

The roof and door strip block rain and drafts, but the wood is not insulated. Add straw or a heated pad in freezing weather.

What comes in the box?

The flat-packed house panels and hardware with labeled parts, plus a clear pictorial manual. Bedding and a heating pad are not included.

When is the price lowest?

Outdoor cat houses tend to dip in fall and around major sales. Check the price history on this page before buying; the current best is $109.99 at The Home Depot as of November 4, 2026.
