Is the Trixie Wooden Cat Home worth it?

It is a reasonable buy if hiding the litter box matters more to you than price. At $93.69 at Best Buy as of November 6, 2026, you get a furniture-style MDF cabinet, a mat and an enclosure rather than a bare plastic hood.

What size litter box fits inside?

The interior footprint is about 75 cm long by 53 cm wide, so a standard open pan fits with room to spare. Measure your pan before buying if it is oversized or hooded.

How much assembly does it need?

It arrives flat and must be assembled; the frame is metal and the panels are MDF, so expect typical cam-and-screw cabinet assembly. Budget 30 to 60 minutes with a screwdriver.

Is it big enough for a large cat?

It is rated for pets up to 25 lb, which covers most adult cats. Very large breeds near that limit will have less turning room inside the 51 cm height.

Does it come with a litter box?

Yes, the listing includes one litter box enclosure and a mat. You supply the litter itself.
