The Alesis Strata Prime electronic drum kit gives you a premium playing experience with its high-definition sound engine and realistic feel. This full-sized kit is designed for serious drummers who want professional features without sacrificing quality. The Strata Prime's all-mesh heads respond like traditional drum skins, while its 360-degree cymbals move freely to recreate the nuances of your playing. The 14" hi-hat is the world's first magnetic, stand mounted system. Magnetic position sensing ensures that pedal movements are translated with extraordinarily high resolution; meaning the contactless system is unmatched in its accuracy. The unit can be used with a wide variety of hi-hat stands and playing. At the heart of this kit beats a powerful module with studio-grade sounds to inspire your creativity. Feel the Difference With Premium Mesh Heads Practice and perform in comfort with the Strata Prime's all-mesh drum heads. These durable yet responsive heads have adjustable tension so you can dial in the perfect rebound and sensitivity for your playing style. The snare head is dual-zone, enabling rim clicks and shots in addition to the main drum sound. With mesh heads on the kick drum and toms, this full kit delivers a playing experience that serious drummers will appreciate. 360-Degree Cymbals Respond Like the Real Thing The Strata Prime comes with two crash cymbals and a ride cymbal that move and react like acoustic cymbals. Their triple-zone sensing detects hits in the bell, bow and edge for varied tones. Since these cymbals are 360-degrees responsive, you have complete freedom to play anywhere on their surface. They're also mounted on traditional cymbal arm mounts so they can swing naturally without restriction. Combine their realistic feel with the kit's studio-quality sounds for cymbal nuance that inspires. A Module Built for Creativity At the center of the Strata Prime is a module equipped with the renowned BFD sound engine, giving you access to 75 drum kits and over 1,000 individual drum samples. Its 10.1" touchscreen makes navigating this massive sound library intuitive. You can easily adjust articulations, add effects and shape your tone to perfection. Six rotary encoders provide hands-on control over parameters while dedicated volume knobs give you command of the main, headphone and AUX outputs. For drummers who want creative control of their sound, the Strata Prime module delivers. Premium Components for a Flawless Performance From its all-steel rack to sturdy clamps, the Strata Prime is built to withstand the demands of live performance and practice. Its kick drum accepts single or double bass drum pedals so you can use your preferred setup. The hi-hat controller is compatible with any standard hi-hat stand, providing a seamless connection between physical and electronic components.
