Is the American Flyer Signature 4 Piece Set worth it?

At $130.69 at Home Depot as of November 5, 2026, it is a cheap way to get four matching bags. Expect basic wheels and zippers rather than premium hardware.

What is included in the 4 piece set?

The set includes wheeled uprights, a wheeled duffel and a cosmetic satchel. The satchel weighs 1.4 lbs and has a detachable shoulder strap.

Do the uprights expand?

Yes. The uprights add 2 inches of depth through a zip expansion. That helps on return trips but can push a bag over airline size limits.

Are the wheels spinner or inline?

They are in-line skate wheels, so the bags roll on two wheels and must be tilted. They are less maneuverable than four-wheel spinners.

Is the luggage waterproof?

No. The polyester is water-resistant and handles light rain, but it is not waterproof. Pack valuables in a dry bag.

When is the best time to buy this set?

Luggage discounts cluster around Black Friday and pre-summer sales. The current $130.69 at Home Depot as of November 5, 2026 is already near the low end of its range.
