Is $729.90 a good price for this sofa?

Only one store, Lowe's, lists it new at $729.90 as of November 8, 2026. With a single seller and no price history, there is no lower recent price to compare it to, so judge it against other modular sectionals you are considering.

What does modular mean for this sofa?

The sections separate, so you can rearrange the layout or use pieces on their own. That helps in odd-shaped rooms and when you move.

The listing gives the color as multicolor. Ask the seller for the exact fabric and shade mix before ordering, since it will drive how it fits your room.

How many pieces does it come in?

The listing does not state the number of sections or pieces in the box. Confirm the configuration and what is included with Lowe's before you buy.

Will it fit through a standard door?

Because it is modular, the pieces usually go through doorways separately, which is easier than a one-piece sofa. Check each section's dimensions against your door and hallway.

There is no price history to point to a sale season. Watch the Lowe's price around major holiday sales and compare with other modular sectionals in the meantime.
