How bright are these lights?

About 15 lumens each at 3000 K. That is a soft marker light for steps and posts, not a light you can read or cook by.

Do they need wiring or an outlet?

No. Each light has its own small solar panel and rechargeable battery, so you just mount them where the sun reaches.

How long do they stay on at night?

Runtime depends on how much sun the panel gets. On a full charge most owners see several hours of dim light, less on cloudy days or in shade.

Are they really waterproof?

They are rated weatherproof for outdoor use and handle rain and snow. Standing water or full submersion can still damage them.

What comes in the 16-pack?

Sixteen lights with built-in batteries and solar panels, plus mounting screws or adhesive pads. Check the listing for the exact hardware included.

When is the best time to buy?

Solar garden lighting tends to drop in late fall and winter, outside peak spring landscaping season. Check the price history for a low point.

Our take on the APONUO Solar Deck Lights 16 Pcs

The APONUO Solar Deck Lights are a 16-pack of small black LED step and deck lights that charge from the sun and switch on automatically at dusk. Each puts out about 15 lumens at a warm 3000 K, which is enough to mark the edge of a step or railing post rather than light a whole patio. They are weatherproof and mount with screws or adhesive, so no wiring is needed. No current price was provided for this listing, so check the price history before buying.
