Is the Ariete 1394 worth it?

If you want a basic 12-cup drip brewer at a low price, yes. It skips a grinder and timer, so you give up convenience features, not brewing capacity.

Does it have a built-in grinder?

No. The Ariete 1394 takes pre-ground coffee, so you need a separate grinder if you buy whole beans.

How many cups does it make?

It brews up to 12 cups per pot, which suits a family or a small office.

Can I pour a cup while it is brewing?

Yes. The drip-stop valve lets you pull the carafe out mid-brew for a quick cup.

Does it turn off by itself?

Yes. It has automatic shutdown, so the hot plate does not stay on indefinitely.

When is the price lowest?

At $56 at Younes Electric as of November 7, 2026, it is at the low end of its recent range. Watch for holiday and back-to-school sales for similar lows.
