Is the AX 3029 worth it over cheaper acetate frames?

You pay mostly for the Armani Exchange name and finish. If the square shape and spring hinges fit you well, it is a solid everyday frame; otherwise a house-brand acetate frame does the same job for less.

Does it come with prescription lenses?

No. It ships with demo lenses, and an optician fits your prescription. Budget for lenses and fitting on top of the frame price.

Will it fit a wide face?

The frame width is 125 mm and it is listed for medium faces. If you usually need wide frames, try it on or check the temple length first.

The frame with demo lenses. A case and cleaning cloth are typical for Armani Exchange eyewear, but confirm with the store before ordering.

Eyewear discounts cluster around back-to-school, Black Friday and end-of-season sales. Check the price history to see whether the current price is near its low.

Is it the same as the AX 3029F or older AX square models?

Model suffixes usually mark small size or hinge changes. Compare frame width and lens height directly, since a few millimeters changes the fit.

Our take on the Armani Exchange AX 3029 Square Eyeglasses

The Armani Exchange AX 3029 is a men's full-rim square eyeglass frame in acetate, sold with demo lenses and ready for prescription lenses. It has a 125 mm frame width, 40 mm lens height and spring hinges, so it suits medium-width adult faces. It is a classic everyday frame rather than a statement piece.
