What size candles do these holders fit?

They are taper holders, so they take standard taper candles with roughly a 7/8-inch base. Trim the candle bottom if it sits loose.

How many holders come in the set?

Four. That is enough for a row across a table or a pair on each side of a mantel.

Are they safe to burn candles in?

Yes, for taper candles used upright on a stable surface. Keep them away from drafts and never leave burning candles unattended.

When is the best time to buy them?

Ashland holiday decor is typically discounted after Christmas. Buy early in the season if you need a specific finish.

Do they come with candles?

No. The set is the holders only, so budget for four taper candles separately.

Our take on the Ashland Flat Metal Taper Candle Holders

These are a four-piece set of flat metal candlestick holders from Ashland, sold as a tabletop set aimed at winter and Christmas decorating. The flat, slim metal profile is the selling point: they hold standard taper candles and read as modern rather than traditional brass. They are a seasonal decor item, so availability and pricing swing with the holiday season. No current price or store was provided for this set.
