Our take on the Ashland 9ft. Pre-Lit Jackson Fir Artificial Christmas Tree

The Ashland 9ft Pre-Lit Jackson Fir is an indoor artificial Christmas tree with warm white LED lights, a cashmere-finish full silhouette and a 59-inch base spread. QuickSet Technology on the center pole connects the lighting as sections go together, and one plug powers the whole tree. It is flame retardant and stands on a premium metal stand. The best new price is $349.99 at Michaels Stores as of November 5, 2026, the only new price listed.

Questions and answers

Is the Ashland 9ft Jackson Fir worth it?
At $349.99 at Michaels Stores as of November 5, 2026, you pay for a large pre-lit tree with one-plug lighting and a full cashmere finish. If you have the ceiling height and floor space, it saves hours of stringing lights each year.
How tall a ceiling do I need for a 9-foot tree?
Plan for at least a 10-foot ceiling so a topper fits. The tree is 9 feet tall with a 59-inch base diameter, so leave room around it for gifts and walking space.
Does one plug really light the whole tree?
Yes. The QuickSet center pole carries power between sections, and a single cord plugs into the wall. You still connect each section, but there are no separate light strings to run.
What is included in the box?
The tree sections, a premium metal stand and 16 spare LED bulbs. Lights are built into the branches.
Can it be used outdoors?
No. It is rated for indoor, floor placement only.
When is the best time to buy it?
Pre-lit trees usually see their deepest discounts in late November and after Christmas. The listed new price is $349.99 at Michaels Stores as of November 5, 2026; check the price history before buying early.
