Is the Rannis sleeper good for guests?

Yes for occasional guests. The built-in memory foam mattress is convenient, but owners say it is thin for nightly use.

What size mattress does it use?

It is a queen sleeper with a built-in memory foam mattress; the listing also names a full size, so confirm the size with the store before ordering.

It is 54 inches wide, 40 inches deep and 39 inches high, with a 42-inch seat width and 22-inch seat depth.

Polyester damask ticking over a corner-blocked frame, with attached backs and exposed faux-wood feet.

Only one store lists it new at $999 as of November 6, 2026, so watch for holiday furniture sales to beat that price.
