Our take on the Ashley Roxmere Queen Sofa Sleeper

The Roxmere is a traditional faux-leather sofa that pulls out into a queen memory foam bed. It has a corner-blocked frame, rolled arms, nailhead trim, turned legs and loose seat cushions, and it comes with accent pillows. At 98 inches long it needs a wide wall, and the 40-inch depth makes it a bulky piece even before the bed unfolds. The best new price is $873.99 at American Furniture Outlet as of November 4, 2026, with four stores listing it new.

Pros

  • Corner-blocked frame for sturdiness
  • Faux leather wipes clean and resists spills

Cons
  • 98 inches long and 40 inches deep, so it dominates a room
  • Faux leather can feel warm and stiff compared with fabric
  • Memory foam sleeper mattresses suit back sleepers better than side sleepers
  • Attached back and heavy frame make it hard to move
  • Only 5 ratings, so the 4.8 score rests on a small sample

Questions and answers

Is the Roxmere sleeper worth it at $873.99?
At $873.99 at American Furniture Outlet as of November 4, 2026, it is a low price for a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress and a corner-blocked frame. Comparable leather-look sleepers often run over $1,000. Check the store's delivery and return terms, since a 98-inch piece is costly to send back.
How comfortable is the memory foam mattress for guests?
Memory foam gives firm, even support and avoids the bar-in-the-back feel of old innerspring sleepers. It suits back and stomach sleepers; side sleepers may want a topper for shoulder and hip pressure.
Will it fit in my room?
It is 98 inches long, 40 inches deep and 41 inches high, with a 76-inch seat width. Measure the wall and the path to the room, including doorways and stair turns, before ordering.
How does it compare with a fabric sleeper?
Faux leather is easier to wipe clean and holds up to pets and spills better than most fabrics. Fabric breathes more and feels softer, so choose faux leather if easy cleaning matters more than a plush feel.
What is included with the sofa?
You get the sofa sleeper and the accent pillows. The mattress is built into the pull-out frame, so no separate mattress purchase is needed.
When is the price likely to be lowest?
Sleeper sofas usually see the deepest discounts around major holiday sales and during furniture clearance events. Track the price history here and compare all four stores before buying.
Where is the Ashley Roxmere Queen Sofa Sleeper cheapest?
At American Furniture Outlet, for $873.99, as of our latest check.
