Our take on the Astercook Kitchen Knife Set 15-Piece

The Astercook 15-Piece Kitchen Knife Set is a budget knife block set with high-carbon stainless steel blades, polypropylene handles and a built-in sharpener in the block. It covers the basics: chef's, santoku, utility, paring and serrated bread knives, plus steak knives and kitchen tools. At $23.00 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, which is where this set usually lands. This is an entry-level set for a first kitchen or a rental, not a long-term investment.
