How long does the battery really last?

Ateroll rates it at up to 58 hours, which will be on the lowest speed. Expect far fewer hours on the highest setting, and charge time is not stated.

Can it run while plugged in?

It is battery powered, so it can run on the battery while charging from a USB source. Check the listing for the exact cable and adapter included.

How loud is it at night?

The rated noise is 24 dB, which is close to a whisper. Higher speeds will be louder than that figure.

What can the clip grip?

The clip is meant for bed frames, desks, shelves and stroller bars. The 0.8 kg weight and 7.5 cm wide body keep it steady on thin edges.

Does the remote come with a battery?

The remote is included and works up to about 3 m away. Battery type for the remote is not stated, so confirm before buying.

Is it worth it over a plain desk fan?

You pay for the battery, clip and remote. If you need airflow in bed, a tent or a stroller, those features justify it; for a fixed desk, a corded fan is cheaper and stronger.
