Our take on the CIVPOWER Rechargeable Clip-On Fan with 16000mAh Battery, 3 Speeds, 360-Degree Rotation, LED Light

The CIVPOWER Clip-On Fan is a portable fan with a 16,000mAh rechargeable battery, three speeds, 360-degree rotation and a built-in LED light. It clamps onto desks, bed frames, strollers and gym equipment, and stands about 9 inches tall and 6 inches wide. The large battery is the main draw: it should run for many hours per charge, far longer than typical small clip fans. Questions and answers

How long does the battery last per charge?
With 16,000mAh, expect many hours at low speed and several hours at high speed. Exact runtime depends on speed and whether the LED light is on.
How long does it take to recharge?
A pack this size typically takes several hours on a standard USB charger. A higher-output charger shortens the wait.
Can it run while plugged in?
Yes, it can run from USB power while charging, so it works as a desk fan even with a low battery.
Will the clip fit a bed frame or stroller bar?
The clamp opens wide enough for most bed frames, headboards and stroller bars. Very thick or round poles may need a test fit.
Does the LED light work separately from the fan?
The light can be switched on without running the fan, which helps in a power outage or tent at night.
When is it cheapest?
Clip fans like this usually drop during summer heat waves and back-to-school sales. Check the price history before buying.
