Our take on the Ativafit Compact Adjustable Dumbbell Set 5-25 lb Pair

The Ativafit Compact Adjustable Dumbbell Set is a pair of dial-style dumbbells that adjust from 5 to 25 lb each using metal plates. The compact footprint suits small home gyms and apartment workouts where a full rack is not an option. At $179.99 for the pair at Ativafit as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the top of its recent price range, with only one store listing it new.

Questions and answers

Is the Ativafit adjustable dumbbell set worth it?
For light home training it is a reasonable buy: one pair covers 5 to 25 lb per hand and takes little space. At $179.99 at Ativafit as of November 4, 2026, it is priced at the top of its range, so waiting for a dip makes sense if you are not in a hurry.
How much weight does each dumbbell hold?
Each dumbbell adjusts from 5 to 25 lb, so the pair gives you up to 50 lb total. That suits beginners and light accessory work but not heavy pressing or rows.
How do you change the weight?
You set the weight with the adjustment mechanism and lift the dumbbell out of its tray, leaving the unused plates behind. Changes take seconds between sets.
How does it compare with Bowflex or PowerBlock sets?
Bowflex and PowerBlock sets go well above 25 lb per hand and cost more. The Ativafit set is smaller and cheaper, which fits light training in tight spaces.
What is included in the box?
You get two adjustable dumbbells, the metal plates for each, and the storage trays. Check the listing for the exact plate breakdown before ordering.
When is the price lowest?
The set has sold below its current $179.99, so holiday sales and site promotions are the times to watch. It is listed new at only one store, so compare against used and open-box listings too.
Where is the Ativafit Compact Adjustable Dumbbell Set 5-25 lb Pair cheapest?
At Ativafit, for $179.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Ativafit Compact Adjustable Dumbbell Set 5-25 lb Pair?
Rated 5 out of 5 from 377 ratings.
