Is 25 lbs per dumbbell enough?

It suits curls, lateral raises, shoulder work and lighter pressing. If you already bench or row more than 25 lbs per hand, you will outgrow it quickly.

How does the 10 in 1 adjustment work?

A selector changes the weight in 2.5 lb steps up to 25 lbs per dumbbell. You set the load while the dumbbell sits in its base, then lift it out.

Is $149.99 a good price?

Only Walmart lists a new price as of November 4, 2026, so there is no competing quote to judge against. Compare it with other 50 lb adjustable sets, which often run higher.

Two adjustable dumbbells, two non-slip silicone base pads and a quick-start guide. No stand or rack is included.

Each dumbbell is compact and about 10 inches tall in its base. The pair fits on a shelf or under a bench.

Is it good for beginners?

Yes. The 2.5 lb steps let you add weight gradually, and the set covers most light full-body routines.
