Do I need to drill holes to install it?

No. The cameras attach magnetically, and an extra metal plate is included for surfaces that aren't steel. You still need to mount the display inside the cab.

How long does the battery last without sun?

The solar panel recharges the built-in battery, so runtime depends on how much daylight the camera gets. Expect shorter use when parked in shade or indoors for long periods.

Will it work on an aluminum or fiberglass RV?

Yes, but the magnet won't stick to those materials on its own. Use the included metal plate as the mounting surface.

What's included in the box?

The kit has two wireless cameras, the display, a 32GB SD card and metal mounting plates. Check the listing for the exact cable and bracket contents.

Is $229.99 a good price?

Only one store lists it new at $229.99 as of November 7, 2026, so there is no lower new price to compare. Watch for seasonal RV sales if you can wait.

Can I use it on a trailer or truck instead of an RV?

It is designed for RVs and campers, but the wireless, solar design suits any vehicle where you can't run a cable to the rear.
