Questions and answers

Is the Avenco CozyNest 8-inch twin worth it?
At $70.98 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is a low-cost option for a guest room or child's bed. Don't expect the support or lifespan of a thicker mattress.
Is it good for adults?
It can work for lighter adults, and the 500 lb rating is generous. At 8 inches thick with Bonnell coils, heavier sleepers will likely feel the coils and want more depth.
Does it need a box spring?
It works on a box spring, slatted frame or platform bed. A firm, flat base helps an innerspring this thin last longer.
How firm is the medium feel?
Medium with a pillow top, so it starts soft and settles into a bouncy coil feel. Shoppers wanting firm support should look elsewhere.
When is it cheapest?
The current $70.98 at Walmart is at the low end of its recent range. Twin mattresses like this often drop around back-to-school and holiday sales.
Where is the Avenco CozyNest 8 Inch Twin Innerspring Mattress cheapest?
At Walmart, for $70.98, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Avenco CozyNest 8 Inch Twin Innerspring Mattress?
Rated 3.4 out of 5 from 119 ratings.
Where can I buy the Avenco CozyNest 8 Inch Twin Innerspring Mattress?
