Is the BalconyBliss Cognac Leather Sofa worth $2,883.83?

That is the only new price listed, at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, so there is nothing to compare it against. At that price, judge it on the leather quality and the 220 lb weight capacity before buying.

Is the 220 lb weight capacity a problem?

Yes for many households. A 220 lb limit is well below what most full-size sofas support, so it suits lighter use and smaller sitters rather than heavy daily use.

What is the seat depth and how big is the sofa?

The listing gives a 39-inch seat depth, which is deeper than most sofas. Overall width, height and seat height are not stated, so confirm them with the seller before ordering.

How much assembly does it need?

It uses a knock-down leg design, so the main job is attaching the metal legs. The frame and cushions arrive assembled.

Is the leather real or bonded?

The listing says leather but does not specify full-grain, top-grain or bonded leather. Ask the seller which grade it is, since that drives how it wears and how the price compares.

When is the price likely to be lowest?

With only one store listing it, there is no price history to time a purchase around. Watch for seasonal furniture sales at Walmart rather than expecting a competing store to undercut it.
