Our take on the Belkin Wireless Charging Stand Magnetic WIZ028ttWH

The Belkin WIZ028ttWH is a Qi2 magnetic charging stand that delivers up to 15 W to a MagSafe-style iPhone and also has a second wireless spot for AirPods, so it charges two devices at once. It runs from an AC plug over a 5 ft USB-C to USB-C cable and folds flat for travel. Qi2 means 15 W fast charging on iPhone 13 and later without a separate MagSafe puck. It is a compact, well-reviewed stand rather than a multi-port hub, and it has no wired output ports.

Best foriPhone 13 or later owners who want 15 W Qi2 charging on a nightstandPeople who charge an iPhone and AirPods togetherTravelers who want a stand that folds flat
Pros
  • Qi2 certified, so 15 W fast wireless charging on compatible iPhones
  • 2-in-1: a magnetic phone stand plus a second pad for AirPods
  • Folds flat and weighs 0.84 lb, easy to pack
  • 5 ft USB-C to USB-C cable and AC plug included
  • Strong 4.8/5 rating across 210 ratings
Cons
  • No USB output ports, so it cannot charge a watch or a third device
  • Second pad is slower and meant for earbuds, not a second phone
  • Needs the bundled AC adapter; a weak USB-C source will slow charging
  • Magnetic hold depends on a MagSafe-compatible case

Questions and answers

Is the Belkin WIZ028ttWH worth it?
Yes if you have an iPhone 13 or later and want one stand for phone and AirPods. It gives full 15 W Qi2 speed and folds flat, which cheaper magnetic stands often do not.
Does it charge as fast as MagSafe?
It matches MagSafe's 15 W on Qi2 iPhones, including iPhone 13, 14, 15 and 16 models. Older iPhones fall back to slower 7.5 W Qi charging.
Can it charge an Apple Watch?
No. It has one magnetic phone stand and one flat pad for AirPods or another Qi device. There is no watch puck and no USB port for a watch cable.
Will it work with a case on?
Yes with MagSafe-compatible cases. Thick or non-magnetic cases weaken the hold and can slow charging.
What is in the box?
The stand, a 5 ft USB-C to USB-C cable and an AC power adapter. You do not need to buy a separate charger.
When is it cheapest?
Belkin stands usually drop during Black Friday and back-to-school sales. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.
