Questions and answers

Is the Bella 3 Seater worth it?
At $1,299 as of November 3, it is a reasonable buy for a modular sofa with washable covers and a solid wood frame. The included ottoman adds value over comparable three-seaters.
How does it compare with a standard non-modular sofa?
The modular pieces click together with metal connectors, so you can rearrange or move it without tools. A standard sofa is usually stiffer and harder to move but may cost less.
Are the covers really machine washable?
Yes, the covers are removable and machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle and air dry to protect the chenille texture.
How firm is the seating?
The foam cores are described as firm and shape-holding. Shoppers who prefer a soft, sink-in seat may find it too firm.
What is in the box?
The box includes the three-seat sofa sections, the ottoman and the metal connectors. No tools are needed for assembly.
When is it cheapest?
The current $1,299 at Bellamia Collections as of November 3 sits at the low end of its recent $1,299–$1,599 range. Waiting for a holiday sale may not beat it by much.
