- Yes. The remote lets a parent steer, speed up and stop the truck, which is the main reason to pick it for a 3 year old.

- 2.5 mph at the top setting, with a slower low setting. That is typical for 12V ride-ons aimed at ages 3 to 6.
- How long does the battery last and how long to charge?
- About 1 to 2 hours of run time from the 12V 4.5 Ah battery, and 8 to 12 hours to recharge.
- What age and weight is it for?
- Recommended for ages 3 to 6, with a 66 lb weight limit and one seat with a harness.
- Is it worth $229.99?
- It is a fair price for a licensed 12V truck with a parent remote. Compare against other 12V Silverado ride-ons before buying, since three stores list it new.
- What comes in the box?
- The truck, the 12V 4.5 Ah rechargeable battery, the charger and the parent remote. Assembly is required.
