Is the BIG HORN indoor pizza oven worth it?

If you want 850°F and a 14-inch stone without an outdoor oven, it covers that at $229.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026. If you already have a gas or wood oven, the gain is small.

How does it compare with an outdoor pizza oven?

It plugs into a standard outlet and preheats in about 15 minutes, but it cannot match the open flame and higher heat of a wood or gas oven. It suits apartment and indoor use where those are not allowed.

How long does it take to cook a pizza?

About 3 minutes at high heat after a roughly 15-minute preheat. Thicker dough or heavy toppings will need longer.

Does it need a special outlet?

It runs on 110–120V at 1800W, which is close to the limit of a standard 15A circuit. Avoid running it on the same circuit as other high-draw appliances.

What size pizza fits?

The stone and the oven are sized for 14-inch pizzas. Larger pies will not fit, and smaller ones work fine.

The best new price seen is $229.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026. Watch for drops around holiday sales, when countertop appliances are commonly discounted.
