The Bissell Featherweight 2033M is a corded stick vacuum that weighs about 3 pounds and converts into an upright, a hand vac and a stair-cleaning tool. It has no battery, so suction stays constant for as long as you clean, and the Easy Empty dirt tank and wrap-around cord keep storage simple. At $22.00 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its usual selling range, where it typically runs from the low $20s to about $40. It is a light-duty daily crumb and dust machine, not a deep carpet cleaner.

The BISSELL® FeatherWeight™ Lightweight Stick Vacuum is a powerful and convenient way to clean up daily dust and debris. This multipurpose stick vacuum easily converts into three different machines. Use it as an upright stick vac to clean carpet and hard floors, as a hand vac for above floor spots like couches, or to make cleaning stairs much easier. The FeatherWeight™ stick vac weighs only 3 pounds. But don’t let that fool you—it provides powerful suction in all three modes. When you’re done cleaning, maintenance and storage is a breeze with the Easy Empty™ Dirt Tank and the easy-to-wrap cord.
