The Bissell PowerForce Compact Turbo 2690 is a corded bagless upright vacuum built for small spaces, stairs and quick cleanups. It weighs 8.16 lbs, has a 10-inch cleaning width and a 23-foot cord, and includes a 4.5-foot hose with a turbo brush for stairs and upholstery. The best new price is $62.78 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, which is at the low end of what this model typically sells for. It is a budget vacuum, so expect basic filtration and a small dirt cup rather than deep-clean performance.
