Is the Bissell FeatherWeight good for pet hair?

Yes for surface hair on carpet, stairs and upholstery, especially in hand vac mode. It has no powered brushroll, so hair matted into carpet may need a stronger vacuum.

Does it have a HEPA filter?

Can it clean bare floors?

How long is the cord?

The cord is 15 feet, so you will likely need to switch outlets between rooms.

What is a good price for it?

It has sold around the mid-$30s to $50. The $34.99 at Target as of November 5, 2026 is at the low end of that range.
