Our take on the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Deep Cleaner 35799

The BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet is a corded upright carpet and upholstery cleaner built around pet messes. It uses a two-tank system that keeps clean and dirty water separate, a motorized pet stain tool for stairs and upholstery, and a 128 fl oz clean tank that covers a lot of carpet per fill. It weighs about 17.5 lbs, so it is a whole-room machine rather than a spot-only tool. At $179 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, with six stores listing it new.

Questions and answers

Is the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet worth it over renting a carpet cleaner?
If you clean carpets more than once or twice a year, buying usually costs less than repeated rentals. At $179 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it pays for itself after a few rentals, and you keep it for pet accidents whenever they happen.
How does it compare with the standard ProHeat 2X Revolution?
The Pet version adds the motorized pet stain tool and pet-focused cleaning formula, which matter most on stairs and upholstery. The core upright body, two-tank system and heating are shared with the standard model.
Does it work on hard floors and upholstery?
It is designed for carpets, rugs and upholstery, and the pet tool handles stairs and furniture. It is not a hard-floor mop, so use a separate vacuum or mop for tile and wood.
How big is the tank and how much carpet does one fill cover?
The clean tank holds 128 fl oz. That is enough for a large room or a couple of average bedrooms before you need to refill, depending on how heavily you spray.
What comes in the box?
Expect the upright cleaner, the pet stain tool, a trial-size BISSELL formula and a sample of the Oxy pet formula. Check the listing for exact contents, since bundles vary by seller.
When is it cheapest?
Carpet cleaners tend to drop during spring cleaning sales and Black Friday. The current $179 at eBay as of November 4, 2026 is already near the low end of its recent range, so waiting may not save much.
Where is the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Deep Cleaner 35799 cheapest?
At eBay, for $179.00, 32% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Deep Cleaner 35799?
