The BLACK+DECKER BEBL7000 VACPACK is a corded 12-amp backpack blower that converts to a vacuum and mulcher. It blows up to 250 MPH and 400 CFM, and the vacuum mulches leaves at a 16:1 ratio into a backpack bag with about twice the capacity of a handheld bag. A POWERBOOST button adds power for wet or heavy debris, and the Flexi-Tube helps you steer the vacuum around beds and corners. It is a niche machine: strong on paper, but owners report mixed results and a 3.9 out of 5 rating from 388 ratings. No current store price was provided, so check the price history before buying.

Owner feedback is mixed. People like the blowing power and the convenience of vacuuming and mulching in one pass, but many find the vacuum mode awkward, heavy and prone to clogging.
