Questions and answers

Is the e300 worth it over a cheaper elliptical?
The case for it is the 300 lb capacity, 20 resistance levels and lifetime frame warranty. Cheaper machines usually cap at 250 to 275 lbs and carry shorter warranties.
How big is the footprint?
It measures 50 inches long, 31 inches wide and 66 inches tall. Leave clearance around it for the 21 inch stride and for getting on and off.
Can I adjust the stride?
Yes. The stride range is 17 to 23 inches, so different users can set a comfortable length.
What is covered by the warranty?
The frame has a lifetime warranty, parts are covered for 5 years and labor for 1 year under the Endurance in-home warranty.
Does it need power?
It uses magnetic resistance with 20 levels and built-in programs, so it needs a power outlet to run the console and resistance.
When is the price lowest?
Only two stores list it new, and the current $1,838.25 at eGymWarehouse.com as of November 8, 2026 is at the high end of its recent range. Watch for seasonal sales before buying.
