Questions and answers

Is $365.99 a good price for this chair?
It is 50% off Lowe's regular price of $731.99 as of November 3. That is a steep discount for a velvet barrel chair, so it is a good price if the chair fits your space.
How do I clean beige velvet?
Vacuum with a soft brush attachment and blot spills right away with a damp cloth. Avoid rubbing, which can crush the pile and leave a mark.
Will it fit in a small bedroom?
A barrel accent chair is compact enough for a bedroom corner or beside a window. Measure the footprint and leave clearance to walk past before ordering.
Does it swivel or recline?
No. It is a fixed barrel chair with wood legs, so it does not swivel, recline or adjust.
Is it good for a household with pets?
Beige velvet picks up pet hair and shows claw snags. A tighter-weave fabric or a darker color would hold up better with cats and dogs.
What is the weight capacity?
250 lb. That covers most adults, but heavier sitters should look at chairs rated 300 lb or more.
