Which Bose systems does it work with?

Does it need a cable?

How big is it and where should it go?

It measures about 12.9 inches tall, 11.6 inches wide and 11.6 inches deep and weighs 30 lb. Place it on the floor near the TV or a corner, and keep it away from water since it is not waterproof.
