It measures 61 inches wide, 35 inches tall and 33.5 inches deep, with a 20.5-inch seat depth. It seats two and weighs about 99.7 lb assembled.

Are the covers removable and washable?

Yes. The 100% polyester covers are removable and described as easy to clean and maintain. Follow the care label and let them air dry to avoid shrinkage.

Does it come assembled?

No. Assembly is required, mainly attaching the solid wood legs and back. Two people should plan for the roughly 100 lb weight.

The maximum load is 450 lb total, about 225 lb per seat. The frame is solid wood and the fill is foam.

Is it good for a small apartment?

Yes. At 61 inches wide it fits where a full sofa will not, and the chestnut polyester is easy to wipe or wash. Measure doorways and stairs before ordering.
